HR Project Manager - Change Lead

Responsibilities

• Co-design and implement robust, integrated change management strategies and plans using structured methodologies.
• Support project teams, global functions, and leaders through the design, implementation, and transition phases of transformation projects.
• Develop change management roadmaps, including sponsorship, stakeholder mapping, communication, training, and resistance plans.
• Define and maintain engagement tools such as workshops, seminars, newsletters, and digital content.
• Coordinate with global transformation leads to ensure functional change plans are integrated into the global strategy.
• Animate a community of local change champions to ensure effective execution at the regional and country levels.
• Measure the human impact of change programs through KPIs, assessing success, risks, and people adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy, adaptability, and resilience.
• Fluency in English is required; experience working in multicultural environments is essential.
• Willingness to engage in business travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR or similar methodologies).
• Familiarity with Product Owner (PO) culture.
• Internal experience in HR, internal communication, or business operations.
