About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the team in the planning, management, and implementation of HR digitalization projects
  • Assist in the optimization and further development of personnel processes
  • Prepare and follow up on workshops and coordination meetings, ensuring structured documentation of results
  • Support project management by maintaining project plans, preparing status reports, and coordinating activities
  • Create presentations and working documents tailored to management, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Assist in the recruitment and support of students

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student, ideally studying Business Psychology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
  • Strong interest in HR digitalization topics and project management methodologies
  • Previous practical experience in a similar field is an advantage
  • Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and in a team
