About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the team in the planning, management, and implementation of HR digitalization projects
- Assist in the optimization and further development of personnel processes
- Prepare and follow up on workshops and coordination meetings, ensuring structured documentation of results
- Support project management by maintaining project plans, preparing status reports, and coordinating activities
- Create presentations and working documents tailored to management, stakeholders, and project teams
- Assist in the recruitment and support of students
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student, ideally studying Business Psychology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
- Strong interest in HR digitalization topics and project management methodologies
- Previous practical experience in a similar field is an advantage
- Structured, independent working style and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and in a team
