Responsibilities
- Design and update HR policies aligned with UAE federal government frameworks and FAHR directives
- Run periodic workforce planning cycles and identify headcount requirements
- Develop career path frameworks, job description cards, and succession programmes
- Prepare HR metric dashboards for senior leadership to support decision-making
- Continuously improve the HR policy and workforce planning framework across all departments and functional divisions
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR policy planning
- Must be a UAE National
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
