- 3 to 8 years of relevant HR experience
- Proficiency in English for documentation and professional communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR roles within CDMO, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries (companies with 1,000+ employees)
- Experience in HR system planning, HR consulting, or labor relations
- Experience in Employee Relations (ER), including collective bargaining and improving labor-management relations
- Academic background in Business, Law, or Psychology
- Candidates residing in the Daejeon, Sejong, or Chungcheong regions
