- Minimum of 3 years of practical HR experience in a mid-to-large enterprise
- Proven experience in HR planning and operations, including evaluation, compensation, and development
- Strong data-driven problem-solving skills and documentation capabilities
- Effective communication skills for interacting with executives and stakeholders

- Excellent global capabilities (ability to conduct business meetings in English)
