HR Personnel Marketing & Employee Experience

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver employee experience initiatives to strengthen engagement, culture, and retention
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop employer branding and employee value propositions
• Create content highlighting company culture and employee success stories for social media and recruiting
• Lead employee engagement programs including surveys, recognition, and wellness initiatives
• Coordinate and improve the new hire onboarding experience and orientation programs
• Execute internal communication strategies via newsletters, announcements, and digital channels
• Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, and community outreach activities
• Track and analyze engagement metrics and retention trends to provide actionable recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of progressive experience in HR, Employee Experience, or Employer Branding
• Experience managing social media platforms and employer branding strategies
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate employee events and wellness initiatives
• Strong project management and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries preferred
