HR Performance & Data Management Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop organizational teams to ensure efficient operations and professional growth
• Own the end-to-end blue-collar recruitment process, driving standardization and business alignment
• Oversee recruitment control activities, including SLA tracking, KPI reporting, and performance monitoring
• Ensure high-quality HR master data management and regulated data processes across HR systems
• Enhance team capabilities in data visualization, analytics, and reporting
• Define KPIs and report results, risks, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership
• Drive process optimization, automation, and digital development initiatives across HR services
• Ensure compliance with internal regulations, audits, data protection, and legal requirements
• Manage budget planning for assigned HR service areas

Requirements

• Master’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC) or large corporate environment
• Strong leadership experience and understanding of HR service delivery
• Excellent analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in SAP HR, SuccessFactors, and Office 365
• Fluency in both Hungarian and English (written and spoken)
• Valid Driver’s license (Category B)
