HR People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through effective and objective investigations
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions
• Facilitate local onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews
• Partner with plant leadership to utilize HR metrics to improve morale, productivity, and retention
• Provide site policy guidance and training to ensure company compliance
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs with the Plant Trainer
• Support various people team projects such as leader training and onboarding optimization
• Perform data analysis and provide requested reports to managerial staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and ATS
• Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors or Ceridian Dayforce preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or similar HR credential
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
