HR People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support department leaders by improving work relationships and driving culture, values, and employee experience.
• Manage the talent acquisition process for designated departments, including recruiting, screening, and guiding hiring managers.
• Oversee the performance management process and resolve complex employee relations or performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and disability regulations.
• Partner with leadership to create and maintain employment policies and organizational development initiatives.
• Use data, such as Best Christian Workplace surveys, to identify and address organizational development needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role with a focus on employee relations.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office products.
• Experience utilizing HRIS systems.
• Proven coaching and mediation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with maturity and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
