About the Company
DNP Imaging Photo Europe, a subsidiary of DNP Japan, is a leading player in the printing and imaging industry, providing innovative solutions through distribution, service, and thermal transfer ribbon business units.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly payroll with external providers across European entities via ADP Celergo
- Collect, validate, and consolidate payroll inputs including absences, bonuses, and overtime
- Perform first-level checks of payroll outputs and support audits
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding
- Ensure data accuracy in HRIS and payroll tools
- Support the implementation and optimization of HR tools like Lucca
- Participate in the creation of standardized HR processes at a European level
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards regarding headcount and KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or Business
- 1-3 years of experience in payroll or HR administration
- International experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and HR administration
- Highly detail-oriented and accurate
- Fluent English (mandatory)
