About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer employee records, files, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support submissions and updates in the ERGANI information system
- Assist in payroll-related processes and HR systems management
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Participate in the recruitment process for entry-level positions
- Conduct employee induction for the network
- Liaise with external HR partners such as training providers and agencies
- Facilitate day-to-day HR operations and initiatives
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all sensitive HR information
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an organized HR department
- BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of payroll processing software (preferably Epsilon Pylon)
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MSc in Human Resources
- Experience using HRMS and/or ATS systems
