About the role
Responsibilities
- Administering employee records, files, contracts, and HR related documentation
- Supporting submissions and updates in the ERGANI information system
- Assisting in payroll-related processes and HR systems management
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Participating in the recruitment process of entry level positions
- Conducting employee induction for the network
- Liaising with external HR partners such as training providers and agencies
- Ensuring strict confidentiality of all sensitive HR information
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an organized HR department
- BSc in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of payroll processing software (preferably Epsilon Pylon)
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MSc in Human Resources
- Experience using HRMS and/or ATS systems
