HR Partner Training & Development

Responsibilities

• Support the construction and deployment of skill development plans by analyzing strategic and individual needs
• Coordinate and track training sessions in collaboration with external partners and local trainers
• Provide daily support to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees regarding training topics
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of training actions using various KPIs
• Assist in the development of internal training programs alongside HR and subject matter experts
• Promote the adoption of the Learning Management System (LMS) and improve training processes

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master 1 or 2 in Human Resources Management
• Previous professional experience in HR or training (via internship or apprenticeship)
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to travel between the five French sites
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a proactive mindset
