HR Partner – Personnel Marketing & Employee Experience

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver employee experience initiatives to strengthen engagement, culture, and retention throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop the employer brand and employee value proposition.
• Create and manage content highlighting company culture, employee success stories, and career opportunities.
• Lead employee engagement programs, including surveys, recognition initiatives, and wellness programs.
• Coordinate and improve the new hire onboarding experience in partnership with Learning & Development teams.
• Develop internal communication strategies, including newsletters, announcements, and digital messaging.
• Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, and community outreach activities.
• Track and analyze engagement metrics and program outcomes to provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in HR, Employee Experience, or Employer Branding.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and employer branding strategies.
• Experience developing employee engagement, recognition, or culture-building programs.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating organizational messaging and presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams).
• Experience in manufacturing or regulated industries is preferred.
