HR Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR sparring partner for branch managers in the South Netherlands region, focusing on people, talent, and performance.
• Collaborate with Management Teams to ensure smart personnel planning and optimal talent deployment.
• Contribute to the development of the HR department and execute impactful organizational projects.
• Translate HR data into actionable insights to improve company policy.
• Advise on HR processes, labor law, and best practices for good employer leadership.
• Support talent acquisition, employee development, and performance assessments.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR advisory role.
• Excellent proficiency in the Dutch language (both written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to create organizational buy-in.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and experience managing organizational change.
• Ability to work independently and travel between various branch locations.
