HR Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for employees to resolve issues
• Hold long-term strategic discussions with senior leaders
• Coach managers on employee relations matters
• Design and improve people processes such as performance management
• Analyze HR data to inform decision-making
• Inform strategy on office growth, performance feedback, career development, and compensation planning
• Collaborate with the global HR team on international initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in human resources
• Strong understanding of HR best practices
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Fluent in English
