HR Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic sparring partner for middle management regarding all employee lifecycle topics, from recruiting to offboarding
• Advise managers on annual HR processes including performance management, talent development, and salary reviews
• Manage the implementation of personnel measures and organizational changes in compliance with local agreements and guidelines
• Ensure close and constructive cooperation with local works councils and employee representatives
• Negotiate company-wide agreements in collaboration with the local works council
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes by providing business perspectives and participating in HR product development projects

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration (focus on HR), Law, or a comparable qualification
• Multi-year professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar generalist role, ideally within a production environment
• Sound knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining law, and the Works Constitution Act
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain a productive dialogue with works councils
• Strong moderation and presentation skills in both German and English
• Ability to prioritize effectively and maintain composure in challenging situations
