About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a People professional connected to the business, supporting organizational evolution and capacity planning for Movistar Plus.
  • Lead end-to-end People initiatives, including planning, execution, and monitoring of organizational change projects.
  • Support reorganization processes and structural changes, managing the impact on teams and organizational culture.
  • Manage critical people situations such as internal movements, exit processes, organizational conflicts, and team climate.
  • Support the application of the people cycle, including performance evaluation, compensation, mobility, and onboarding.
  • Utilize people data and metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, performance) to drive decision-making and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with transversal People teams (Talent, Compensation, Digital) to improve processes and tools.
  • Propose and implement digital tools to increase the efficiency of People processes.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR functions, specifically in generalist or HRBP roles.
  • Proven experience in project management or leading transversal initiatives.
  • Knowledge of digitalization and automation tools for process improvement.
  • Experience working within matrix organizational structures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • High business orientation and ability to translate business needs into HR actions.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
