HR Ops Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a high-quality experience from offer acceptance to their first weeks.
• Assist with the administrative lifecycle of employees, including contracts, addendums, health insurance, and social organization affiliations.
• Manage administrative tasks for apprentices and interns, such as invoicing, contract management with OPCO, and tracking absences.
• Respond to internal employee requests via support tickets and maintain up-to-date HRIS and employee files.
• Participate in various HR projects such as due diligence, tool optimization, and compensation & benefits.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program (Business School, HR, or similar).
• Seeking an apprenticeship for at least 1 year.
• Previous internship experience in an HR function.
• Professional proficiency in English and fluency in French.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with a proactive and rigorous approach.
