HR OpEX Continuous Improvement Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the redesign and continuous improvement of HR processes to drive smarter, faster, and more intuitive service delivery
• Leverage data insights such as CSat, ticketing, and complaints to identify trends and uncover root causes
• Partner with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to analyze process gaps and co-create scalable solutions, including automation and digital enhancements
• Establish clear process standards, documentation, and performance tracking to ensure consistency and transparency
• Enable successful adoption of new processes through change support while ensuring alignment with policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in process mapping and redesign
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and automation tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification or similar professional training
