HR Operations

Responsibilities

• Handle HR requests promptly and clarify complex requirements from stakeholders
• Create job requisitions and select appropriate selection tools, methods, and channels
• Process and screen incoming job applications for data quality and qualifications
• Maintain the candidate database and generate accurate recruitment reports and statistics
• Organize and plan Assessment Centre procedures for all corporate units
• Ensure all necessary documents and approvals are accurately entered into the system
• Resolve process disruptions and track service quality issues
• Prepare and maintain standard correspondence, contracts, and documentation

Requirements

• Professional experience as a recruiting specialist within a global corporation
• German language proficiency at a B2 level (verbal and written)
• Advanced English language proficiency (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of data entry management, data protection, and ticketing systems
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to work practices
