HR Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and energize a team of HR Operations Associates to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee employee inquiries regarding benefits, immigration, leaves, HRIS, and retirement plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to streamline HR processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct performance evaluations, monthly quality reviews, and one-on-one check-ins to foster team growth.
• Utilize data and process mapping to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
• Act as a subject matter expert for complex HR cases to ensure employees feel supported and heard.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or a related customer service role.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of 5-10 employees.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, leave management platforms, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Experience navigating HR processes in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to create team development plans.
