About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage operations for various leave and work-life balance support systems
- Handle inquiries and execute application procedures
- Improve business flows and operational methods
- Support recruitment branding content production and external coordination
- Manage and update recruitment information and coordinate internal reviews
- Assist in planning and supporting recruitment measures
- Support employee events including preparation, announcement, and on-the-day operations
- Handle post-event reporting and related administrative tasks
Requirements
- University or graduate degree (or equivalent)
- Possession of a disability certificate (or expected to obtain one)
- Previous professional work experience at another company
- Basic PC skills (Email, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HR operations (labor relations, recruitment, etc.)
- Ability to read and write English (capable of handling primary email correspondence using translation tools)
- Interest and understanding of HR systems
- Ability to work proactively and cooperatively within a team
- Strict adherence to confidentiality and information management
