About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage operational aspects of the human resources department following Group HR standards and regulations
- Provide recruiting backend support including interview scheduling, background checks, and onboarding
- Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation and summary reports for Head Office and Finance teams
- Plan and execute staff engagement activities and bonding events
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Law
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR position
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of HR best practices, recruitment, and employee relations
