About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage operational aspects of the HR department including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and payroll
  • Maintain staff data and records in the HRIS database ensuring accuracy of licenses and certifications
  • Provide administrative support for recruiting such as interview scheduling and background checks
  • Prepare monthly payroll reconciliation and summary reports for Head Office and Finance teams
  • Plan and execute staff engagement activities and bonding events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Law
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR operations role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
