HR Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, background checks, and labor contracts
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with employment or change letters
• Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate with external partners
• Assist in preparing HR reports, data analytics, and performance review tracking
• Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure an efficient working environment
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and team event organization
• Coordinate business trips, travel arrangements, and transfers

Requirements

• 1 year of relevant experience in HR Administration
• Pursuing a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of labor law fundamentals and HR best practices
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, people-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently
