HR Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals in the Italian market
• Ensure full compliance with Italian labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local employment practices
• Facilitate effective communication and foster strong employee relations to contribute to a positive work environment
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and development initiatives tailored to the Italian context
• Manage and maintain local HR information systems and administrative processes
• Design and deliver targeted employee development and training programs
• Advise on compensation, benefits, performance management, and organizational design for the Italian region

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field
• 4-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within an international environment
• Proven expertise in Italian payroll and labor relations
• Fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with HR communication and reporting tools
