HR Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for daily HR queries, providing prompt and professional support to employees.
• Ensure full compliance with local Spanish labor laws and stay updated on employment regulations.
• Maintain HR information systems and administrative processes, such as absence tracking and time recording.
• Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational growth.
• Support the rollout of new HR policies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Liaise with external HR service providers and monitor HR market trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within an international environment.
• C1 level proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, resilient, and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Portuguese or other European languages.
• Experience using HR communication tools and reporting platforms.
