HR Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and benefits administration
• Own the HRIS ecosystem, specifically Sage 300 People, ensuring data accuracy, system integration, and reporting capabilities
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to optimize HR workflows and improve scalability
• Manage employee benefits programs and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Compile and analyze HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and transformation data to inform workforce strategies
• Lead regulatory submissions, including Employment Equity (EE) and Skills Development (WSP/ATR) reporting
• Serve as a key HR liaison for B-BBEE strategy, implementation, and audit support
• Ensure global compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, ideally within a fast-paced or global environment
• Advanced proficiency in Sage 300 People and associated Talent Management tools
• Proven experience with regulatory submissions, specifically Employment Equity and Skills Development reporting
• Strong analytical mindset with experience managing HR metrics and dashboards
• A relevant qualification in Finance, Commerce, or Human Resources
