HR Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Operations team in day-to-day activities and contribute to process improvements
• Manage employee data, HR records, and administrative processes with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate and support non-employee management processes
• Prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Provide timely and professional support to employees and internal stakeholders on HR-related matters
• Collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure efficient execution of administrative activities

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a comparable function
• Completed degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong intercultural awareness
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools
• Fluent English language skills; German and/or Chinese language skills are an advantage
• Knowledge of German labor law and immigration/visa processes is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a research, technology, or international environment
• International experience across different functions or countries
