HR Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and transfers
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems such as Workday to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Support and coordinate payroll processing for Hong Kong and selected APAC markets
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payroll execution, statutory payments, and reporting
• Assist in tax administration and coordinate employee benefits including MPF and insurance programs
• Support HR projects such as employee engagement, recruitment campaigns, and company events
• Provide professional support to employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of relevant HR operations experience, preferably with payroll and benefits exposure
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Experience supporting multi-country (APAC) payroll or working with payroll vendors
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Workday or other HRIS is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
