HR Operations Partner

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to foster a positive and supportive work environment
• Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and retention strategies
• Address unique and complex HR challenges with creative resolutions
• Oversee administration of compensation and benefits programs in compliance with regulatory standards
• Analyse HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes
• Organize internal and external team transfers and local registration/migration processes
• Organize team events and activities to enhance employee engagement
• Foster company culture and reinforce core values through daily interactions

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in technology
• Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle
• Knowledge of HR metrics and data interpretation
• Practical experience in HR policy guidance and best practices
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Proactive, analytical, empathetic, and reliable approach
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
• Skilled in multitasking and task prioritization
• Upper-Intermediate level of English
