About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the majority of employee lifecycle HR administration, including contract generation, new hire input, contract changes, and leavers
- Resolve escalated HR queries via the HR Service Desk, covering complex lifecycle issues, time to pay, and simple Employee Relations support
- Partner with Employee Relations and HR Business Partners to provide guidance based on internal policy and local employment legislation
- Create necessary documentation to support disciplinary processes
- Ensure all colleague queries and tasks are resolved in a timely and accurate manner
- Utilize a continuous improvement mindset to innovate working practices and enhance service delivery
- Use HR data to identify emerging trends and opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Support reward administration during annual activities and assist in training HR Service Desk Advisors
Requirements
- Proven experience working in an HR service delivery or administration role
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of seniority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Proficiency with HR Information Systems (knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential
