About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations, HRIS, and payroll for teams in France, the US, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea
  • Implement, deploy, and optimize a new HRIS across all regions
  • Define and drive the HR operations roadmap to streamline and automate processes
  • Oversee HR administrative processes including contracts, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Guarantee accurate and compliant payroll for approximately 150 employees
  • Track key HR and compensation metrics and produce decision-making dashboards
  • Support workforce and payroll budget planning in partnership with Finance
  • Manage and develop a team of 2 HR Officers

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, and payroll in an international environment
  • Proven track record in HRIS implementation projects
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment regulations
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and HR data analysis
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
