HR Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, personalized, and "one-touch" resolutions to HR inquiries via phone, email, chat, and case management systems
• Act as an empathetic employee advocate by listening to concerns and escalating complex issues to HRBPs, Generalists, or payroll
• Guide employees through self-service options using HRCM tools and audit these pathways to improve the employee journey
• Proactively identify process inefficiencies and collaborate cross-functionally to develop practical solutions
• Manage inquiries regarding company guidelines, benefits enrollment, paid time off, COBRA, and retirement plans

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in HR operations, service delivery, customer service, or an employee service center
• Proficiency with HRIS and case management/ticketing software
• Demonstrated proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with personnel at all levels
• Ability to read, interpret, and explain complex HR policies and guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher
• Bilingual capabilities
