HR Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for overseas employees, including orientation sessions and HRIS data maintenance.
• Provide HR guidance for overseas legal entity setup, including stakeholder coordination and developing entity-specific policies.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for international employee inquiries.
• Manage EOR operations through external platforms to ensure smooth management across various jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist functions.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee data management.
• Experience working in or with multinational companies or cross-border teams.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes from the ground up.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct exposure to EOR platforms (e.g., Deel).
• Experience supporting the setup of overseas legal entities and providing related HR guidance.
