Responsibilities
- Manage hiring pipelines for sales roles through external recruitment agencies
- Act as the key point of contact for recruitment vendors
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate progression
- Track pipeline performance and monitor vendor performance
- Support payroll processing and coordination with vendors
- Maintain employee records and HR systems in compliance with local regulations
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle day-to-day HR operations including leave tracking and attendance
- Support office administration and vendor coordination
- Assist in implementing and improving HR policies and workflows
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or vendor management
- Prior exposure to payroll and HR administration preferred
- Experience with external recruitment agencies or high-volume hiring
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in data tracking and report management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience setting up processes from scratch
