HR Operations and Delivery Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data by conducting routine audit tests
• Guide and direct HR programs and procedures
• Prepare documentation for the HR knowledge database
• Resolve problems by finding root causes to provide accurate answers and facilitate solutions
• Coordinate services with HRIS, human resource functions, and employee relations programs to ensure compliance
• Compile issue logs and complaints to provide feedback on HR policy, processes, and programs
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Comply with all company policies and standards

Requirements

• College or university degree (or equivalent work experience providing exposure to fundamental theories)
• Conceptual understanding of HR theories, practices, and procedures
• Ability to perform routine assignments and follow standardized procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use deductive reasoning
• Effective interpersonal skills to exchange information and ideas
