HR Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR operations subject matter expert across the employee lifecycle
• Support the transition of HR activities from HR Business Partners to the central HR Shared Services group
• Process system transactions through Workday and document process workflows to drive efficiency
• Participate in technology enhancement and process improvement projects, providing research and recommendations
• Partner with legal, payroll, benefits, and immigration teams to provide guidance to employees and managers
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry, auditing, and maintenance of employee records
• Facilitate local onboarding and induction for new hires globally
• Draft employment contracts and job change letters

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR operations analyst or generalist, preferably within a large global business
• Strong understanding of labor law principles, market practices, and regulations regarding pay and benefits
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems, with a strong preference for Workday
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including expertise in vlookups, pivot tables, and complex formulas
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to stakeholders
• Experience with Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) or relevant work
• Ability to handle confidential information with high attention to detail and discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented, and dynamic environment
• Ability to navigate change and work independently with minimal supervision
