HR Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume administrative and transactional employee data changes in Workday including onboarding, offboarding, and job changes
• Ensure completion and compliance of employment eligibility verification requirements globally
• Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers using Workday self-service
• Run standard reports, support ad-hoc data requests, and conduct data audits to maintain integrity
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve Workday-related operational issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, IT, and Finance
• Support business process development, testing, and maintenance within Workday
• Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of new Workday functionality and bi-annual releases
• Develop Job Aids and conduct training sessions for end users
• Support basic system configuration and create/load EIBs

Requirements

• 2+ years of HR Technology and Operations experience
• Functional experience and knowledge of HR processes using Workday
• Familiarity with Workday Configuration and reporting is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• General awareness of compliance processes such as SOX
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Ops, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
