HR Operations Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide operational HR advisory and employee lifecycle support across international operations
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes, and employee documentation
• Support payroll-impacting changes and maintain accurate employee records
• Manage leave cases including long-term sickness, parental leave, and return-to-work support
• Coordinate international benefits administration and vendor/broker queries
• Provide first-line HR guidance and employee relations support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 matters
• Support organizational change activities such as restructures and workforce transformations
• Maintain operational discipline through documentation standards, case tracking, and audit readiness

Requirements

• Experience in HR operations, HR advisory, HR administration, or employee relations
• Experience supporting multi-country employee populations
• Understanding of HR compliance, employment legislation, and operational risk
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience using HR systems and case management tools
• Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting North America employee populations
• Exposure to ADP Workforce Now and Oracle HCM
• HR Professional qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience working within complex, matrixed, or evolving organizations
