About the role
Responsibilities
- Support HR operations across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, leave management, and offboarding
- Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding HR processes, policies, and operational procedures
- Assist in maintaining and improving HR operational processes to ensure clarity, efficiency, and consistency
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and regional HR Operations teams
- Ensure HR processes are managed in compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely support to resolve HR-related questions or issues
- Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and data tracking to drive operational efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or Human Resources
- Direct experience or exposure to employee lifecycle processes, such as onboarding and offboarding
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding or exposure to Korean labor laws and HR compliance practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced or international environment
