HR Operational Compliance

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain HR processes and systems to leverage workforce talent
• Support local offices in driving people strategy and creating unique employee experiences
• Uphold firm-wide values and core competencies for marketplace success

Requirements

• Data analysis from collection through reporting and recommendations
• Reporting results and insightful analysis
• Business and functional requirements documentation
• Reporting dashboard and package development
• HR data processing and IT proficiency
• Advanced Excel and MS Office Suite
• Advanced MS Access and relational databases
• SQL or applicable data manipulation language
• Experience with large volumes of data
• HRIS and VB experience
• Organizational and project management skills
• Written and verbal communication with all staff levels

Preferred Qualifications

• PeopleSoft HRMS, SQL Server, Crystal Reporting, or Microstrategy experience
• Microsoft Tabular Modelling experience
