Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within the education or school sector
- Experience in payroll administration and attendance management
