About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize HR delivery processes to ensure efficient execution of services and alignment with organizational goals
  • Oversee complex HR tasks, ensuring compliance with standard processes, SOX requirements, and legal standards
  • Spearhead HR delivery projects, managing timelines and driving strategic improvements through process analysis
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain high service quality
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering expertise in HR delivery and leadership
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor, report, and enhance HR service delivery
  • Manage HR systems, including SuccessFactors, overseeing troubleshooting, UAT, and functional customizations
  • Oversee payroll systems, remuneration administration, and complex administrative problem-solving
  • Lead candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding initiatives to ensure strategic alignment

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of HR processes, policies, and strategic best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement
  • Advanced project management skills with experience leading complex initiatives
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools, including experience with system customizations
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
  • Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and maintaining legal compliance in data management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP)
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR delivery or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in process analysis and strategic organizational improvements
  • Experience with SOX compliance and advanced HR system management
