About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer monthly payroll data, timesheet/leave tracking systems, and sales commission data
- Work closely with the global HR team to upgrade the HR database
- Plan and strategize simplifying HR processes to smoothly execute overall APAC HR operations
- Work with the APAC HR director to plan and roll out competitive salary structures and benefits
- Provide user-friendly HR processes and services for the APAC team
- Work with business leaders in APAC to review and update work rules in compliance with local jurisdictions and labor laws
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written proficiency in Japanese and English
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage information with integrity
- Organized and logical with high attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to establish rapport and credibility at all levels of the company
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration
- Experience in HR system enhancement or HR process reviews
- A passion for music
