HR Officer – Logistics & Support Functions

Responsibilities

• Manage absenteeism and follow up on reintegration interviews
• Handle personnel administration and contract amendments
• Implement and monitor HR indicators and reporting
• Act as a spokesperson and provide support to department managers
• Participate in daily production meetings
• Manage internal mobility and redeployment processes
• Assist with disciplinary procedures
• Monitor and report on the social climate within the department
• Prepare and format HR committee presentations for management

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+5 level education (Master's degree)
• Background in Human Resources training
• Proficiency in office productivity tools
• Strong organizational and rigorous attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain discretion on sensitive topics
• Ability to work effectively in an industrial site environment
