About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with management to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Project/Site Staff and joinery factory employees
- Ensure Saudization requirements are met and manage government portals including Qiwa, Gosi, Muqeem, and MHRSD
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Oversee attendance, leave management, overtime, and employee records
- Ensure timely renewal of contracts, visas, Iqama, and licenses
- Support payroll coordination and end-of-service settlements
- Monitor labor productivity, accommodation, and welfare matters
- Prepare HR reports related to manpower, absenteeism, and recruitment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements
- Experience with government portals such as Qiwa, Gosi, and Muqeem
- Knowledge of HR operations within construction, manufacturing, or factory environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant HR certifications
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with Bayat Attendance Management System
