About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with Saudi Labor Law, including contracts, probation, and end-of-service benefits.
- Manage government portal transactions via GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and the Ministry of Human Resources.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical employee files and prepare official HR correspondence.
- Support payroll by verifying attendance, overtime, leaves, and deductions.
- Assist with performance management cycles, KPI tracking, and policy implementation.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of HR experience within Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem).
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or CHRP.
- Experience working with ERP or HRMS systems like Oracle or SAP SuccessFactors.
