HR Officer - India Payroll Services

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for various legal entities in coordination with outsourced payroll partners
• Verify and validate HR data received through Workday to ensure accuracy
• Calculate employee compensation from Gross to Net and manage associated administrative tasks
• Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll reports, payment summaries, and month-end consolidation activities
• Process off-cycle payments, including manual payments and additional BACS
• Provide Finance with accrual data, summaries, and payment reconciliations
• Support internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary documentation
• Collaborate with Global Mobility and HR Service Delivery teams to ensure accurate employee data updates
• Respond to employee payroll queries in accordance with established service metrics

Requirements

• 4-6 years of overall professional experience
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience specifically in India payroll (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Finance
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and analytical capabilities
• Familiarity with Workday or similar payroll platforms
• Fluent English communication skills
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
